Dave has been moved further down the ward and is on the other side of the room. He was quite alert this evening and very interested in all the comings and goings on the ward. He told us that he had been given some yoghurt, mashed fruit and chocolate drink today and his nurse came to give him some more 'gloopy' chocolate mix (her words) just as we were leaving.
The conversation tonight was definitely two way although there were some quiet moments as well - Dave also showed us how the bed worked, something he seems to enjoy.
